Scope of Services

  • Upon purchase of our services, we will work closely with you to gather all necessary information and project requirements.

  • Timelines, deliverables, and milestones will be communicated and agreed upon at the beginning of the project.

  • Final deliverables will be provided in the formats agreed upon, such as digital files (e.g., PNG, PDF, AI, PSD, or other file formats relevant to your project).

Project Revisions

  • Unless otherwise stated, we do not limit the number of revisions that can be made. We want you to be 100% happy with the final outcome & will continue to work with you until you’re fully satisfied with all final deliverables that were promised. Revisions are unlimited up until the final completion of the project. 

Delivery Timelines

  • Timelines for project delivery depend on the scope and complexity of the services provided. We will maintain open communication and keep you updated throughout the process.

  • Any delays caused by the client, such as delayed feedback or incomplete information, may result in adjusted timelines.



Return Policy

Due to the nature of the services provided, once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued. This policy ensures that the time, effort, and creative resources allocated to your project are fairly compensated.
